Custom and personalized orders
On the product page, before you add the product to your cart, enter the details (such as Name and/or Date) in the text box directly below "Optional Message to Madison Lightforge"
When will my order ship?
Our items are made to order, with current ready-to-ship items in 1-5 business days. Shipping generally takes an additional 2-3 business days before your order arrives.
Sending a Gift?
On the item page, before adding to cart, look for the section titled "Gift Options." To include gift wrap for $5, tick the box that reads "Yes, add Gift Wrap for $5". Gift cards are provided at no charge; simply type your message in the text area below "Gift Message?" NO INVOICES ARE INCLUDED WITH ANY OF OUR SHIPMENTS.
Return Policy?
Our return policy stipulates that you must contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned to us within 21 days of delivery. The following items can't be returned or exchanged due to their nature: Custom or personalized items. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. To initiate a return, please contact us for return authorization. You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs for the return of your item, and shipping costs are non-refundable. Should you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from it.
