We offer the following shipping options via trusted carriers like USPS, UPS, and FedEx (domestic) or DHL and Canada Post (international). Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected method.

- Free Shipping Threshold: Applies to standard domestic shipping only. Excludes digital products, gift cards, and certain oversized items.
- Taxes and Duties: Sales tax is calculated at checkout for applicable regions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country.
- Remote or Rural Areas: Additional surcharges may apply for deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or remote international locations.
2. Processing and Delivery Times
- Order Processing: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once shipped.
- Total Delivery Time: Add processing time to the estimated shipping time above. Delays may occur due to high volume, weather, or carrier issues.
- Cut-Off Times: Orders placed after 12 PM PST on weekdays may ship the next business day. Weekend and holiday orders process on the next business day.
3. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic: We ship to all 50 US states, Washington D.C., Puerto Rico, Guam, and US Virgin Islands.
- International: We ship to over 100 countries worldwide. Check availability at checkout. Restricted items (e.g., hazardous materials) may not ship internationally.
- Non-Shippable Locations: We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for expedited or express methods (use a street address instead). Some countries may have restrictions due to sanctions or carrier policies.
4. Tracking and Updates
- Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link.
- Track your package directly on the carrier's website (e.g., usps.com, ups.com).
- If your package is delayed, contact us—we'll help resolve it with the carrier.
5. Lost or Damaged Shipments
- Lost Packages: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, file a claim with us within 7 days. We'll investigate and replace or refund as needed.
- Damaged Items: Inspect your package upon arrival. Report damage within 48 hours with photos. We'll cover replacement shipping and costs for verified claims.
- Carrier Liability: For high-value items, we recommend adding signature confirmation or insurance at checkout (available for $2–$5 extra).
6. Returns and Exchanges
